Privacy Policy Pro was born out of frustration. I published an iOS app on the App Store and was required to provide a link to a privacy policy. It was hardly the end of the world, but it was enough of a hassle to derail me from the task at hand. I had to write the copy, paste it into an HTML template and then host it somewhere.

When my second app was ready for publication, I went through the same process. It took me a while to find where I had even hosted and published the first policy, and thus an idea formed: wouldn't it be useful if I could have my privacy policies in a single unified location with minimal deployment hassle? Wouldn't it be even better if I had some templates based on locales and app type?

I intend to make little or no money from the project. The paid plan is simply to cover infrastructure costs, which is why the price is so low.
